- Enter your appliance model number (E-number) and serial number (FD number). Both are on the rating plate — inside the door frame on front-loaders, or on the back panel.
- The system will display your warranty status, coverage period, and remaining days.
Alternatively, if you registered your product, log in to your Bosch account and check under My Appliances.
How to Check via the Home Connect App
- Open the Home Connect app and ensure your washing machine is connected.
- Tap on your appliance from the home screen.
- Go to Appliance Info to see your E-number and FD number.
- Use these details on the Bosch website to check warranty validity.
The Home Connect app itself does not display warranty expiry dates — it provides the identifiers needed to check on the Bosch support portal.
How to Check by Calling Bosch Customer Care

Have your model number, FD number, and purchase date ready. The agent will confirm warranty status and can book a service appointment if needed.
